By booking pet relocation services with Carry My Pet, you agree to the following terms:
Flight Delays & Cancellations
Carry My Pet is not liable for delays, cancellations, or restrictions imposed by airlines or other service providers.
Quotation Policy
All quotations are based on the pet’s dimensions, weight, and breed. Final charges may vary if these details change.
Accuracy of Information
If incorrect details (such as size or weight) are provided, any additional freight or handling costs will be borne by the client.
Third-Party Services
We coordinate with airlines, transporters, and other vendors as part of the relocation process. Carry My Pet is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party service providers.
Legal Compliance & Jurisdiction
All services will follow the applicable laws and regulations. Any legal dispute will lie under jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
Additional Terms
Age Restrictions
Pets younger than 8 weeks (kittens or puppies) cannot be relocated to ensure their health and safety.
Pets between 8–12 weeks require a valid veterinary health certificate confirming they are healthy and free from contagious diseases.
Breed Restrictions
Breeds classified as dangerous by the Government of India cannot be relocated under any circumstances.
Medication & Sedation
Carry My Pet does not encourage the use of sedatives during travel. If sedation is deemed necessary, it must be arranged by the client and approved by a licensed veterinarian.
Health Certification
All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations and a valid health certificate from a registered veterinarian before relocation.
Owner Responsibility
It is the pet owner’s responsibility to ensure compliance with airline, destination country, and local regulations regarding documentation, quarantine, and vaccination requirements.
