Refund And Cancellation
1. Carry My Pets has the right to update quotes in case of a change in airline charges or any other fees announced by the government of India.
2. We reserve the right to cancel order / booking for any reason that we do not accept or is outside the domain of our services.
3. The booking fee for domestic transfers is INR 5,000 and is refundable in case of any cancellation.
4. Prior to departure, payments will be accepted in cash, cheque or direct deposit.
5. If there is a company settling the cost of travel, we require an acceptance letter by the company before the shipment of your pet.
Domestic Relocation – Refund and Cancellation Policy
1.Cancellation after Booking and Payment:
In the event of a cancellation after the booking has been confirmed and payment has been made, a consultation fee of ₹2,500 will be deducted, along with any other service-related expenses incurred by the company in connection with the relocation.
2.Cancellation within 48 Hours of the Scheduled Relocation Date:
If a customer cancels the booking within 48 hours of the scheduled relocation date, they will be eligible for a refund after a deduction of ₹2,500 as consultation charges, in addition to any costs already incurred by the company towards the service.
3. Cancellation within 24 Hours of Booking:
For cancellations made within 24 hours of booking after payment, a ₹1,500 service or consultation fee will apply, along any expenses already incurred by the company in relation to the relocation.
International Pet Relocation Cancellation
1. If the booking is cancelled an amount of Rs 5000 and any expenses incurred by the company would be charged and deducted from the amount.
2. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after all necessary checks and measures have been completed. This period begins from the date on which the request for a refund is received and all required documentation has been provided. During this time, our team will verify the details of the transaction, ensure compliance with our refund policy, and confirm the eligibility of the request. Once these checks are satisfied, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
